Rather than trusting life, you believe it is dangerous. The future appears frightening as you struggle to tap into your capacity to influence positive change in your life. You are frustrated and angry with the way things are, but you suppress it because you fear your anger just as much as any possible conflict it may bring.

Embrace each moment in life. Permit yourself to feel each emotion that flows through your life's experience. Learn from these experiences. As you do this, face your anger. Don't fear it, suppress it, or give in to it in a way that will cause harm to yourself or others. Rather, allow it to motivate you with the courage that it takes to make the positive changes that you seek. This may be a challenge, and it takes practice, but you will get better as you remain aware of what is going on within you.
